Please note, our pictures are taken without glass in the frame so you can pick up on the beautiful glare-free detail of the print, but be assured glass will be installed in each of our framed pieces before shipping.
Submitting Custom Text
Using the "Custom Text" dropdown, there are three ways to send us your custom text.
PROOFING PROCESS
We provide a print proof with all custom orders to confirm text layout.
Copyright Compliance
We take copyright infringement seriously. Customers who request works that might not be in the public domain will receive a separate waiver form to fill out and sign confirming you have the permission to reproduce the work requested.
This waiver form will be sent to your inbox from "Ink & Keys Customer Support.
Once signed, you will receive a copy of the waiver for your records.
PROCESSING SPEED
Standard Processing: All of our pieces are handmade to order and will ship out in 3 business days.
Rush Processing: If you need your piece delivered in a hurry, we recommend selecting "Rush Processing". If you order before 5PM EST, we will have your order ready to ship the following business day. Please also consider purchasing upgraded shipping at checkout to ensure you receive your order in time.

Once you narrow down which processing & shipping speeds you need, be sure to use those when checking out. The estimator tool will not change your processing or shipping for you.

Custom orders do not qualify for our 30 Day Return Policy. However, if your item is damaged, or there is an inherent defect in your order, we'll be happy to replace it.
