Customer Use Tax for Orders Delivered to Vermont

It is our legal obligation to inform you that:

• Ink & Keys does not collect Vermont sales and use tax.
• However, sales tax is due on any purchase sent to Vermont. It is not exempt from Vermont sales and use tax.
• Vermont requires the purchaser to pay the use tax due on his or her tax return.
• If you purchase over $500 worth of sales within a calendar year, we are required to send you an annual summary by the following January 31st to help you file your tax return.
